Synkope, Präsynkope und Mortalität bei akuter Lungenembolie, 2018

Lungenembolie-Patienten mit Synkope/Präsynkope haben eine signifikant erhöhte 30-Tages-Mortalität als die Lungenembolie-Patienten ohne Synkope/Präsynkope (42.5% vs 6.2% in der Gruppe ohne Synkope/Präsynkope).

Anmerkung: Patienten mit Synkope/Präsynkope haben vermutlich eine akute Rechtsherzbelastung durch die Lungenembolie.
